However, if you are not fully pleased with the fit, color layer, or finish of your product, we maintain an open, consumer-centric exchange window to ensure your shopping confidence remains absolute.

1. The 7-Day Resolution Window

All purchase items qualify for a structural return or exchange request within a strict timeline of 7 calendar days beginning from the confirmed timestamp of physical delivery. Any petition submitted after this 7-day period cannot be recognized or processed by our warehouse logisticians.

2. Mandatory Quality Conditions for Approval

To process an item exchange, the returned piece must pass a physical inspection matching the following parameters:

  • The product must be entirely unworn, unwashed, scent-free, unaltered, and stain-free.
  • All original price tags, designer seals, security stickers, and custom plastic packaging must be perfectly intact and attached.
  • You must present the original printed tax invoice or digital purchase confirmation sheet received inside or with the package.

3. Non-Exchangeable Categories

Articles purchased through clearance flash sales, end-of-season stock liquidations, or highly customized tailored/altered sizing programs are exempt from standard returns and cannot be exchanged. The only exception is if a manufacturing defect (e.g., fabric tear or misprint) is formally documented immediately upon unboxing.

4. Step-by-Step Claim Procedure

  1. File Your Claim: Capture 3 high-resolution photographs detailing the garment's tags and any reported flaws, then email your order reference data to khaaskaprayofficiall@gmail.com.
  2. Warehouse Authorization: Our auditing team evaluates your request within 48 hours. Once approved, a secure authorization dispatch code and return hub address are shared with you.
  3. Shipping the Item Back: The customer is responsible for safely shipping the item back via any trackable domestic courier service.
  4. Final Settlement: Upon receiving the package, our experts inspect it. We will issue an equal-value digital store voucher or dispatch your replacement choice within 5 working days.
