Every checkout transaction processed through the Khaas Kapray online environment is funneled directly to our centralized fulfillment hub. Standard digital order validation, textile sorting, defect mapping, and industrial sealing require 24 to 48 operational hours. Orders formally authorized on Sundays or national holidays enter our active verification queues on the following working morning.
2. Standard Nationwide Transit Estimates
To ensure maximum security and transit speed, we rely on top-tier national air and surface cargo lines. Transit schedules generally conform to the following timelines:
- Tier-1 Metropolitan Zones (Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot): Packages are delivered within 2 to 4 working days post-warehouse dispatch.
- Tier-2 Regional Jurisdictions & Interior Locations: Packages are delivered within 4 to 7 working days post-warehouse dispatch.
3. Delivery Attempts & Security
Our courier logistics partners execute up to two physical delivery attempts to the documented address. It is critical that your operational phone number remains active and reachable during business hours to coordinate drop-offs. If a package is consistently unreachable or refused across both attempts, the item layout automatically loops back into our warehouse as a failed delivery, and future cash-on-delivery access may be limited.
